Built years ago by a busy couple raising three children, the home’s design had taken a backseat to everyday life. As empty nesters with a new chapter ahead, the homeowners were ready to finally create a space that felt like them. Inspired by their love of low country living and the tranquility of their lakefront setting, they sought a home that felt layered, relaxed, and reflective of their personal story.

With complete trust in our process, the clients gave us creative freedom to quietly reimagine their home with refined intention. Drawing on the serenity of the lakefront surroundings, we embraced a soft, coastal-inspired palette, added depth through texture, and created interiors that feel intimate, elegant, and deeply personal. Every space was designed to reflect their story and lifestyle, gently accommodating the rhythm of a growing family while establishing a timeless sense of calm. With Phase One now complete, we’re honored to continue shaping their home in the next chapter of design.
