Working with Liz Walton Home took a huge weight off our shoulders. While building a home from 3,000 miles away, Liz and her team acted as our design concierge by working closely with and our builder to develop functional layouts, and timeless finishes. Liz was onsite during the build process, providing weekly video updates and honest feedback, which helped put our minds at ease. With construction underway and travel restrictions in place, they relied on our expertise, our advocacy, and our ability to be their eyes and ears on-site. Every decision, from architectural modifications to final finishes, was made with intentionality, ensuring that this home felt like a seamless blend of their past and future.

Our Approach
From the earliest stages of construction, we served as both designers and project advocates, attending weekly 6 AM site walkthroughs, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring that every selection aligned with their vision. With meetings held remotely via Zoom, we became the bridge between their dream and the reality unfolding on-site, guiding them through every decision with clarity and confidence. Their vision was a timeless, neutral palette, a home that felt elegant yet warm—a space designed for gathering, hosting, and building new memories. Through careful collaboration with trusted vendors and meticulous attention to detail, we transformed architectural plans into a home that was uniquely theirs—one designed not just for today, but for generations to come.
